This is an opportunity to work with our dedicated team who are opening the UK’s first community rock pub and venue. You will report to our Catering Manager.

Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high quality food from our menu in accordance with instructions and FSA regulations
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and equipment
- Maintaining accurate daily FSA records
- Following health and safety rules and other company policies
- Communicating with line manager
- Adhere to strict hygiene procedures
Person Specification
ESSENTIAL
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Good command of spoken English
- Clean and tidy appearance
DESIRABLE
- Catering / Food Hygiene Qualification(s)
SALARY: £7.60 per hour, equivalent to £15,808 per annum, pro rata
HOURS: 15 hours per week; optional overtime may be available
START DATE: To be agreed, August-September 2016
CONTRACT: Permanent, subject to probationary period
